Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Conduct health checks, assist with patient assessments, and provide personal care.
- Clinical Support: Assist GPs with clinical tasks, process referrals, and manage laboratory samples.
- Operational Support: Ensure cleanliness, manage stock rotation, and prepare consulting rooms.
- Health Promotion: Educate patients on health and wellness practices.
- Confidentiality: Handle patient and practice information with strict confidentiality and in line with practice policies.
Health & Safety Duties
- Implement infection control and health & safety policies.
- Safely manage specimen collection, waste handling, and equipment sterilization.
- Ensure clean and safe work areas, addressing hazards immediately.

Required Qualifications
- Essential: GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths.
- Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

- Experience: Minimum of one year in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Requirements: This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
