Roles & Responsibilities:
As a key member of THE team, you’ll help create an exceptional member experience by:
- Delivering engaging group fitness classes both in-studio and online via Zoom
- Providing safe, effective exercise instruction to members of all fitness levels
- Taking responsibility for keyholding duties, including opening and closing the facility
- Maintaining our high standards of facility cleanliness through daily housekeeping tasks (equipment cleaning, tidying changing rooms, general upkeep)
- Building authentic connections with our Million Dollar Fitness community
- Contributing to our fun, friendly atmosphere that keeps members coming back
Eligibility Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness with ability to demonstrate exercises across various class formats
- Flexibility with shift patterns would be great however you must be available to work the following shifts: Wed 5 – 8.30pm and Thurs 5 – 8.30pm, plus either Friday 5.45am – 11.15am or Saturday 6.45am – 1.15pm
