Tna bros ltd are looking to hire an experienced butcher with visa sponsorship available.

Job Title: Experienced Butcher

Job Title: Full-time

Salary: £12.29 – £12.50 an hour

Location: Greater Manchester, United Kingdom

Job Responsibilities:

• Debone and clean mutton products to company and food safety standards
• Debone and clean lamb products with precision and minimal waste
• Prepare and cut chicken portions accurately (including whole birds and specific cuts)
• Confidently identify and prepare all butcher joints
• Operate bandsaw safely and efficiently for cutting meat products
• Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and quality of all meat products
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• At the end of each shift, wash down and sanitise all meat plant equipment, tools, and work areas
• Follow workplace health & safety procedures and company policies

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a butcher or meat processing environment preferred
• Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques
• Ability to safely use knives, bandsaw, and other meat processing equipment
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Shift timeing 9.30 till 6
• Monday to friday
