As an Employment Support Worker based at Enham Trust, you’ll take a coaching-focused, person-centred approach to support colleagues with disabilities or long-term health conditions who face barriers to employment. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals build skills, confidence, and independence, supporting them to succeed in their roles across various departments, including 3PL, gardening, and domestic teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 and group support based on individual development plans.
- Use coaching and mentoring techniques to support colleagues’ personal and professional growth.
- Support training, induction, and mandatory learning requirements.
- Help track progress and outcomes using data and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and managers to ensure smooth, supportive employment experiences.
- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture across the Trust.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience in a support worker or similar person-centred role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in handling sensitive conversations.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- A flexible and proactive approach to changing priorities.
