This role requires travel between client homes in Lowdham, Burton Joyce, Southwell, Newark, Calverton, Newton, Caythorpe and West Bridgford. A full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.

Salary: Up to £27,000 a year

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers as needed.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Empathy, patience, and a caring attitude towards clients of all ages.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence for travel between client homes.
