We are a dedicated Elderly Residential Care Home located in West Wickham, Kent, committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care for our elderly residents. We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team in West Wickham. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Shifts are 8am-2pm. 3 shifts per week, must be available to work alternate weekends. Enhancement on pay for NVQ qualified applicants.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the facility to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with laundry services and ensure linens are clean and well-maintained.
- Support the overall upkeep of communal areas and resident rooms.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions as required to improve skills and knowledge.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
