Eligibility :
- A minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience
- An interest in photography and ideally a degree in photography or a related subject
- Computer literacy (Apple Mac) including a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Excel
- Good written and spoken English skills
- To be hard-working, self-motivated and able to self manage
- To care about detail and have high standards
- Previous experience working in an e-commerce or photo printing lab would be a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
As a small fast growing company you will need a flexible and proactive approach and willing to pitch in to help colleagues as required.
This is what you would be doing:
- Processing online photo orders
- Checking the quality of photos ordered for print
- Retouching photos as required
- Supporting customers by responding to a range of enquiries via email and social media in a timely and helpful manner
- Investigating and resolving customer issue
- Maintaining customer records by updating account and order information and recording details of any customer issues/inquiries
You will work in a small team under the direction of the customer service manager and it is essential that you are a proactive self starter, a team player and happy to pitch in to help colleagues with marketing support etc wherever necessary.
