Roles & Responsibilities
- Front of House: Providing enthusiastic service, explaining our all-you-can-eat concept and menu options, ensuring BBQ tables are functioning and supplied, maintaining a clean and safe dining area, and processing payments.
- Kitchen: Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, washing dishes, pots, and utensils, supporting chefs with basic food prep, and ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
