Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 a year
Location: Dunkeswell, UK
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a small team of Support Workers
- Delivering person-centred, structured and meaningful support
- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and low-arousal approaches
- Writing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and outcomes
- Ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards
- Working closely with family members and the wider MDT
Eligibility Requirements:
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism
- Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and safeguarding
- Confident leader who can motivate and mentor a team
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or willingness to progress further)
- Organised, proactive and passionate about making a difference
