Roles & Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Engaging in conversation and providing a friendly, supportive presence.
- Daily Support: Helping with household tasks, e.g. tidying, laundry, assisting with dressing, preparing simple home-cooked meals, and providing medication prompts.
- Independence: Supporting them to live safely and with dignity while respecting their choices and autonomy.
