Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring the team to perform at their best and maintain a positive work environment
- Planning personnel deployments and optimizing work processes for improved efficiency
- Helping the team when needed to support their success and address challenges
- Managing the ordering and inventory of consumables to ensure effective supply level
- Organizing and managing laundry supplies to meet operational requirements
- Ensuring the environment remains clean and welcoming
