Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in various sports and physical activities.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for all children.
- Develop age-appropriate programs that promote physical fitness and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
- Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents and educators.
- Encourage positive behavior and help build self-esteem among participants.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for promoting health, fitness, and an active lifestyle among children.
