Job Description
As a Care Professional, you will support clients with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and connected to their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and other personal needs.
- Medication Management: Provide support with medication schedules.
- Meal Preparation: Help with cooking and meal planning.
- Household Assistance: Aid in light household tasks to keep a clean and safe environment.
- Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional encouragement.
- Community Engagement: Assist clients in reconnecting with their communities.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare.

- Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred.
- Driving Licence: Required.
- Language: Proficient in English.
