Rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, we are now looking to appoint a Care Home Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the home. You will be supported by a dedicated team including a Clinical Lead, Team Leaders, Nurses and Ancillary Staff.

About the Care Home Manager Role
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within a nursing home environment, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop strong teams
- Familiarity with electronic systems (e.g., Care Planning, Medication, Notifications, Audits) is advantageous
- Nurse qualification with an active PIN preferable
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and relevant legislation
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Effective communication skills and confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets
- Willingness to attend the home during evenings or weekends when required
- Ability to maintain and increase occupancy
- Proactive approach to marketing and promoting the home’s reputation
- Visa sponsorship available for candidates already residing in the UK
