Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication support
- Support service users with independence, dignity, and respect
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in service users’ health or wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records in line with company policies
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and care teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in health or social care is preferred (training can be provided)
- Caring, patient, and empathetic approach
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to work in the UK
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (for local candidates already in the UK)
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks and required training
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
