Your Role as a Business Partner
As a Business Partner, you will spearhead our landlord acquisition efforts, driving the growth of our property portfolio and building lasting relationships. Your responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Identify and secure new property partnerships to expand our rental portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding landlords.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with property owners, ensuring long-term collaboration.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring smooth integration into our portfolio.
  • Maintain regular communication with property owners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand professionally during landlord meetings, negotiations, and property viewings.

Revenue Growth:

  • Contribute directly to portfolio growth targets by consistently securing new listings.
  • Support the optimization of property offerings to maximize rental yield and landlord returns.
  • Provide market insights and landlord feedback to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

Compliance & Quality:

  • Ensure all new properties comply with legal, safety, and operational standards.
  • Educate landlords on industry regulations, market expectations, and company procedures.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and service quality in all landlord interactions.

Innovation & Expansion:

  • Explore new sourcing channels, partnerships, and marketing strategies to attract landlords.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and landlord expectations.
  • Recommend new initiatives to strengthen landlord acquisition and retention.

What We’re Looking For in a Partner

  • Proven experience in property sales, lettings, business development, or account management.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growing a dynamic property business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and confidence in closing deals.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Financial investment or contribution is desirable but not required (terms negotiable).
