Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial growth and strategic expansion. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients, fleet operators, and automotive dealerships.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies tailored to our premium services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare proposals, manage bids, and lead contract negotiations.
- Monitor performance, track progress against targets, and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, commercial sales, or account management.
- Demonstrated success in securing contracts and driving business growth.
- Experience in the automotive or service industry is desirable but not essential.
