We are a fast-growing London-based lettings agency, and we are now looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join us at an exciting stage of our growth.
This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in the property or sales industry, understands how landlord relationships work, and is eager to build something long-term rather than just “do a job”.
We are especially keen to meet individuals who already have access to landlord contacts, or who know how to develop their own network and are confident in turning relationships into long-term business.

Salary: £25,400.00-£70,000.00 per year

Your Core Mission (Property Partnerships)
Your main focus will be to help us grow our landlord and property partner network. You will be trusted to:
- Represent the company
- Open new doors
- Secure long-term cooperation with landlords and property owners across London
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and secure new landlords and property owners to work with our agency
- Use your own network, referrals, and prospecting skills to generate new business
- Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and investors
- Identify new areas and opportunities for portfolio expansion across London
- Negotiate rental pricing, management terms, and long-term cooperation agreements
- Work closely with lettings, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Provide regular market feedback and commercial insights to the directors
- Participate in networking events, meetings, and business development activities
- Act as a brand ambassador for the business in the London property market
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in property, lettings, real estate, sales, or business development (preferred, not essential)
- Ideally has access to landlord resources or knows how to build landlord relationships
- Is proactive, driven, and comfortable working toward targets and commission
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Is confident in building trust with landlords and partners
- Is ambitious, open-minded, and willing to grow with the company
- Wants a platform to truly prove their ability and value
- Is looking for a long-term role with real development and progression
