With three thriving cafés in Bolton, Blackburn, and Manchester, RF Café has built a strong reputation for all-day brunch and viral desserts. Job Title Bread Baker – Sourdough & Artisan Bread Specialist

Salary Competitive, based on experience. From £12.50 per hour
Location Bolton, England
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough and other artisan breads to the highest standards
- Managing fermentation and proofing processes with precisionWorking with quality ingredients to create consistent, standout products
- Assisting in the development of new bread recipes and seasonal specials
- Upholding high standards of hygiene, organisation, and production quality
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily production
Eligibility Requirements
- Professional experience in artisan breadmaking, particularly sourdough
- Strong technical skills in hand shaping, fermentation control, and oven work
- A passion for traditional breadmaking and real attention to detail
- Ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced, growing bakery
- Team player mindset and positive attitude
