Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of beauty services including makeup application, hair styling, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion treatments.
- Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on individual skin types and concerns.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist clients with product selection through effective upselling techniques while ensuring their needs are prioritized.
- Capture high-quality photographs of clients’ looks for portfolio use or promotional purposes with their consent.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client preferences and offering tailored beauty solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance your skills and service offerings.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Proven experience as a beautician or makeup artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in makeup application, hair styling, and skincare treatments.
- Knowledge of color theory, makeup techniques, and current beauty trends.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures in a salon or spa setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their beauty goals.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling products is preferred to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Ability to perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and hair styling confidently.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification is highly desirable; ongoing training or certifications in advanced beauty techniques are a plus.
