The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a flair for hair styling, and strong communication abilities. Salary: £24,420 – £27,450 a year

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair styling and grooming services tailored to individual client needs
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitised after each use
Eligibility Requirements:
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
- Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Previous experience in barbering or hairdressing is desirable but not essential; training opportunities may be available for enthusiastic candidates
