Salary: £40,000.00 – £63,637.75 a year

Duties
- Oversee and coordinate sponsorship programmes, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and partners
- Manage data entry related to sponsorship activities using Yardi and other relevant software
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and processing documentation
- Utilise phone etiquette to communicate effectively with sponsors, clients, and team members
- Assist with upselling opportunities to maximise sponsorship benefits and revenue streams
- Support the organisation’s outreach efforts through effective communication and promotional activities
- Ensure all sponsorship activities adhere to company policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- Previous office experience, ideally within property or investment sectors
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable administrative experience including record keeping and report generation
- Excellent phone etiquette with professional communication skills
- Ability to upsell services or sponsorship opportunities effectively
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous but not essential
