We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team in Oxford, Oxfordshire OX2. Our small, privately owned 24-place nursery caters for children aged 2–5 years and offers a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment for both children and staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and confident practitioner who is passionate about early years education and childcare. This role would suit an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for a fresh challenge or a newly qualified practitioner looking to begin their childcare career within a supportive and friendly team.

Salary: £31,500 a year

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare and early years education experiences
- Work as part of a passionate and supportive nursery team
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework in daily practice
Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute new ideas
- Friendly, patient, and an excellent team player
- Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
- Eligible to work in the UK
