Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 a year
Location: Salford, UK
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide post‑operative assessments, including wound checks, dressing changes, and monitoring vital signs.
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care in line with hospital protocols.
- Offer clear, empathetic communication and reassurance to patients following surgery.
- Escalate any clinical concerns to the senior nursing or surgical team.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and recovery staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Uphold the hospital’s commitment to outstanding patient experience and safety.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (NMC‑registered).
- Experience in post‑operative, surgical, or recovery nursing (cosmetic surgery experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and patient‑care abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliability and flexibility to work weekends plus one rotating weekday.
