Duties:
– Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to provide high-quality care
– Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
– Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
– Support clients with mobility and physical activities
– Maintain a clean and safe environment in care settings including homes or care homes
– Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
– Drive to different locations for client visits as required
Experience:
– Previous experience in care or care home settings is advantageous
– Proficient IT skills for record keeping
– Excellent communication skills in English
