Our host will be the first point of contact with all of the guests at our club and provide a warm and memorable experience. You are able to confidently handle cash and take card payments. You’re a genuine and vibrant individual who radiates positive energy on every shift.

Salary: £12.71 – £15.00 per hour.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our guests – welcoming them with warmth and professionalism
- Manage guest lists, ticketing, and entry flow with efficiency and attention to detail
- Work closely with security and management to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Help create a seamless and memorable arrival experience for every guest
Represent the Phonox at all times
Eligibility Requirements:
- A natural people person – friendly, confident, and composed
- Previous front-of-house or hosting experience is ideal, but not essential
- Comfortable handling busy environments and high volumes of guests
