Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle all monetary transactions accurately
- Provide information about products and services, upselling where appropriate
- Maintain organised checkout areas and ensure smooth flow of customer traffic
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment and display setup
- Manage returns, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Ensure adherence to store policies and health & safety regulations
Eligibility Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions and cash handling
