Roles & Responsibilities:
- You’ll run your section with confidence and care.
- You’ll welcome guests, take orders accurately, and guide them through the food and drink menu with genuine knowledge.
- You’ll communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and consistent.
- You’ll understand pace. When to move things along and when to let the table settle.
- you’ll keep an eye on the details. Water topped up. Plates cleared at the right time.
- It’s about creating a seamless service that feels relaxed but sharp.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Experience in a quality pub or restaurant environment
- Passion for London’s restaurant scene and a genuine interest in where food and wine culture is heading
- A love of amazing food and great wine, and the confidence to talk about both naturally
- Calm, organised service under pressure
- Clear communication with both guests and back of house
- A warm, natural approach to hospitality
