Roles & Responsibilities:
- As Casual Public Area Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and standard of the Connaught public areas, achieving assigned daily tasks and schedules. This is a guest facing role and you must maintain high knowledge of hotel information and special events in order to respond to guest enquiries.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You will be an excellent team player, and have excellent communication and guest care skills.
- You will have pride and attention to detail in your work.
- You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your daily activities well.
- Ideally, you will have proven experience within a role within a similar environment.
