We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is happy working solo and self-organising to act as our dedicated Inventory Clerk in support of our team in the Yeovil office.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inventory inspections of rental properties to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare comprehensive inventory and check out reports for landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams to address discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all inventory data.
  • Support the onboarding process for new tenants with inventory checks.
  • Assist in resolving inventory-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of inventory processes.
