We are seeking a reliable, and nurturing individual to join our childcare setting as a part-time Assistant working along side myself and co-childminder. This is a support role where childcare qualifications level 2, knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding is desirable. However, childcare experience in a similar role is essential. A clear DBS and first aid training is essential or show willing to obtain these.

Salary: £12.23 – £13.23 an hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s development through play-based learning
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, hygiene, and professionalism
- Building positive relationships with parents/carers
- Assisting with outings, risk assessments, and routine admin tasks
- Following Ofsted-aligned policies and attending relevant training
