Key Responsibilities
Finance and Invoicing
- Maintain accurate records for payroll and compliance purposes
Staff Coordination
- Create and manage rotas for bar staff, security, and support personnel
- Supervise staff during operating hours and ensure shift coverage
Compliance and Licensing
- Maintain compliance with alcohol licensing conditions
- Ensure all operational policies align with the four licensing objectives
- Liaise with local authorities and licensing bodies
General Operations
- Oversee nightly club operations, customer service, and safety protocols
- Support promotional events and VIP bookings
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, nightclub or adult entertainment management preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Tech-literate and comfortable handling digital admin tasks
- High standards of discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to relocate and commit long-term
