Cresta Healthcare is a homecare and recruitment service. We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team in Llanidloes, Powys. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred personal care and support
- Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Supporting with medication where trained and competent
- Maintaining accurate and timely care records
- Working in line with care plans, risk assessments, and company policies
Requirements:
- A caring and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required
- Right to work in the UK (or eligibility for sponsorship at a later stage)
- Enhanced DBS Subscribed on Update Service
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
