Salary : £12.21 an hour

Eligibility :

All applicants must be 18 years above

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:
– Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
– Up sell additional products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and company revenue.
– Communicate effectively with customers.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Ensure the premises is well-maintained with a focus on machine cleanliness.
– Restock and refill machines effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
– To be quick and efficient and prioritising and solving queries or issues based on highest level of priority.
