Welfare Healthcare (UK) Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist Manager to lead one of our community pharmacy branches. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified pharmacist or an experienced pharmacist looking to step into a management role with strong support and development.

Salary: £50,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
Locations: Derby, Nottingham, Cambridge, Lincoln, Sheffield
About the Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while delivering excellent patient care.
You will be supported by an experienced wider management team, allowing you to grow confidently into the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the pharmacy in line with GPhC standards and company SOPs
- Ensure safe and accurate dispensing, checking, and supply of medicines
- Act as Responsible Pharmacist when on duty
- Lead, support, and develop the pharmacy team
- Deliver and grow NHS and private pharmacy services
- Maintain compliance with Controlled Drugs, audits, and governance requirements
- Build strong relationships with patients, local GP surgeries, and healthcare providers
- Oversee stock control, rota planning, and operational performance
Key Requirements
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential)
- MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Newly qualified pharmacists are welcome to apply
