Salary: £24,420.00-£46,652.86 per year
Location: Flat 4, 29-31 Bell Street, Romsey, UK
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality hair styling, colouring, cutting, and finishing services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Maintain excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering advice, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skills.
- Barbering experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Competence in customer service with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Skills in front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and retail upselling.
