Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ventilate hair into lace wigs, closures, and frontals
- Create natural hairlines, parting spaces, and density
- Assist with wig sewing, construction, and repairs
- Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
Eligibility Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Sewing experience (hand or machine)
- Willingness to learn wig making and ventilation
