Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, and requests Ensuring timely and professional responses to all incoming and outgoing correspondence Diary management of the employee and allocating of their jobs Providing costings and quotes to customers Quoting and ordering parts for jobs Invoicing Updating systems at all times regarding queries and outcomes Manage own workload
About you:
We are searching for a customer-focused individual with at least one to three years of administrative and customer service experience. It is excellent to have prior experience answering a large volume of calls, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and taking follow-up action. You should also be capable of managing a large volume of emails, scheduling tasks, updating systems, and doing all administrative tasks to a high degree.
