We are looking for a skilled Reconciliation Business Analyst to join our team and support the end-to-end delivery of reconciliation automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with business teams, translating requirements into technical deliverables, and supporting deployment and post-production activities.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business teams to gather detailed requirements for reconciliation automation and develop clear use cases to validate and refine those requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and create comprehensive documentation covering use cases, business processes, user needs, and acceptance criteria.
Document workflows, data mappings, allocation rules, auto-match rules, and other reconciliation logic as part of solution design.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure all relevant documentation (User Stories, BRDs, FRDs) is prepared and maintained.
Prepare release notes and coordinate deployment and release activities with both technology teams and business stakeholders.
Provide support during post-production deployment, addressing issues, concerns, and ensuring smooth transition into BAU.
Requirements
Experience in reconciliation processes, automation, or financial operations is highly desirable.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Experience in Agile environments is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
