We are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants who can drive & are willing to work in the Bridgend area . You will need to be able to work full or part time within the hours of 7am and 10pm including alternative weekends. You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration ensuring that you apply a person centred approach You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook. Reliability is vitally important for this role.

In this role you will:
- Engage in all daily activities.
- Light housework duties
- Support to prepare diet and fluids
- Assisting with personal care
- Administering medication
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence.
