Job Title: Graduate Analyst
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 a year
Location: London, United Kingdom
Real Estate Development (Prime Central London)
- Keep high-end development projects moving (planning, timelines, documentation)
- Work directly with architects, planners, lenders, and solicitors
- Bring structure to complex workflows and internal systems
- Build simple tools or automations to remove friction from operations
Markets & Investment Research
- Track U.S. equities, derivatives, macro indicators
- Analyse options pricing, volatility, futures and ETFs
- Build/maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, or lightweight analytical tools
- Produce sharp, concise market briefs for the principals
This is a genuinely hybrid role — perfect for analytical people who get bored doing just one thing.
What We’re Looking For
- Computer Science, Engineering and Data backgrounds
- Strong analytical thinker; able to break down problems quickly
- Comfortable with tech: coding (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Highly organised — you can bring order to chaos
- Curious about markets, real estate, systems, and operations
- Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
- Based in London and ready to work in-person
Bonus Skills
- Experience automating workflows or building small scripts
- Knowledge of equities, derivatives, or financial modelling
- Understanding of real estate, development, or lending processes
