Salary £25,116 – £29,383 a year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting new service users into treatment by offering proactive engagement suppor
- tThorough assessment of individual needs completing comprehensive assessments on a daily basis both face to face and over the telephone with people accessing the service.
- Completion of initial risk assessments and recovery plans to reduce risks associated with substance use
- Ensuring new service users are appropriately supported at the front end of treatment to maximise the likelihood of ongoing engagement and positive change occurring
Eligibility Requirements
- The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator, efficient and organised and have a real passion for supporting service users to engage in treatment.
- You must be engaging, enthusiastic and passionate, have a keen interest in substance use support.
