The Student Life Assistants are the dynamic and welcoming first point of contact and public face of the University providing excellent frontline customer service to all visitors, prospective and current students, and staff. Through in-person and digital communications the team provide a wide range of information and guidance. Roles & Responsibilities

  • YOU will deliver accurate, inclusive, and timely information, advice, and guidance (IAG) on a wide range of topics in a way that reflects and respects the diverse needs of our student body and the wide range of visitors to the university.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple tasks or activities at one time.
  • You will have experience of dealing with a range of customers in a busy environment and provide excellent customer service.
