Roles & Responsibilities
- YOU will deliver accurate, inclusive, and timely information, advice, and guidance (IAG) on a wide range of topics in a way that reflects and respects the diverse needs of our student body and the wide range of visitors to the university.
Eligibility Requirements
- You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple tasks or activities at one time.
- You will have experience of dealing with a range of customers in a busy environment and provide excellent customer service.
