Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
Location: Tyrone, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and ensuring comfort and safety
- Helping with mealtimes and hydration
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health or behaviour
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working seamlessly with nurses, care teams, and management
