We are seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to our customers within their own homes in Daventry and surrounding villages. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and a willingness to help others. Working hours are 7am to 2:30pm and 4pm to 11pm including weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
– Assist customers with daily activities such as personal care and meal preparation
– Support the care team in implementing care plans
– Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for customers
– Communicate effectively with customers, families, and colleagues
– Provide companionship and emotional support to customers
Qualifications
– Previous experience in a care setting is desirable
– Ability to communicate effectively in English
– Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
– A valid driver’s licence is essential
– Compassionate nature and willingness to assist others.
