Shift Care Job Overview

As a Carer (sometimes referred to as a Personal Assistant), you will assist the client with daily care, activities of daily living, and mobility needs. Specific duties will be detailed in the Client’s care plan and daily activities, managed through our electronic visit system. Responsibilities include personal care, spinal injury toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, and more. Comprehensive training and support are provided to ensure you can deliver the necessary care.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and record the client’s health status.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living.
  • Ensure the client’s safety.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Notify clients of changes in medications.
  • Arrange transportation for client appointments.

Requirements to Work with Us
