As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes helping them to remain independent supporting them and offering services including personal care, medication support, companionship amongst a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that support and assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy and content within their own home environment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of skills including knowledge within the sector, empathy, self-awareness, effective communication as well as traits as a positive carer and demonstrating the high levels of care and service delivery.

· In order to be considered for this position you must hold a driving licence and your own transport own transport
· An enhanced DBS and references will be required upon a position being offered

International Female Care Workers with the ability to drive within the UK.
