- Working closely with organisations to engage clients with those services, appropriate for their needs.
- Giving out advice to colleagues concerning available resources that they themselves can signpost to.
- Completing the necessary groundwork involving research and contact with the services available to tailor needs.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in health or social care
Knowledge & Expertise
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of mild to moderate mental health problems and their presentation
- Evidence of further professional development
Desirable criteria
- Personal development within current role
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of working within a Primary Care Mental Health Team and Social Care team
Desirable criteria
- Community mental health team experience.
