Salary: £35,000 – £40,000/annum

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading product development from concept to launch across multiple categories
- Responding to customer trends, market data, and commercial briefs with creative, viable solutions
- Collaborating with suppliers, technical teams, and buyers to ensure product quality, compliance, and profitability
- Conducting taste panels, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Supporting sustainability and innovation goals through packaging and ingredient choices
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product development within food retail or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of the UK grocery market and consumer trends
- Creative thinker with commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
- Degree or equivalent in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)
