Roles & Responsibilities
- To meet or exceed individual targets to drive football inventory through consultative questioning identify upsell opportunity to seasonal football memberships and cross-sell opportunities to our wider premium portfolio for non-football events.
- Once onboarded and sales training is complete, be well versed in all persuasive selling competencies
- Take accountability of personal development, regularly reviewing and implementing sales training to increase upsell rate to seasonal football memberships.
- Effective use of good consultative sales techniques to identify the scope of an opportunity
- Deliver on seasonal and matchday sales targets with a focus on entry-mid level premium product
- Represent the club positively on matchdays and at networking events, exhibitions and conferences with a view to maximise sales
- Negotiate closure of all sales and manage handover to the Premium Experience Team to ensure efficient client onboarding
- Present weekly updates to the Line Manager and wider team on sales activity with key successes, losses and any client objections.
- Track weekly performance against agreed targets and manage sales pipelines.
